Mr. Rushabh Vora

Mr. Rushabh Vora is the Managing Director of Chemspec Chemicals, a role he has held since 1997. A Chemical Engineer from the University of Michigan, he has overseen the company's transformation from a domestic supplier into a global leader in personal care ingredients.

Under his leadership, Chemspec has evolved into a trusted supplier of personal care ingredients and pharmaceutical intermediates to clients across over 120 countries.

Mr. Jayant Vora

Founder, Chairman

Mr. Jayant Vora is a veteran of the insurance industry with over 41 years of experience in Direct Insurance, Reinsurance, Financial Insurance, and Risk Management.

He is the founder of Bhaichand Amoluk Consultancy Services, one of India’s earliest full-service insurance advisory firms. It served as a principal agent for Commercial Union and later for National Insurance Company, building a strong presence across India's western region.

Our Parent Company

Founded in the 1950s, Bhaichand Amoluk is an Indian business group with interests in insurance advisory, specialty chemicals, and private investments.

Past investments include AdminServer (USA), which was acquired by Oracle for $120 million in 2008, and Willis BA India, a joint venture with Willis Group, which the group exited through an $11 million settlement in 2002.

The group has strategic investments in companies such as Ellidore, BsideU, Kolkata Kingz and Graphite GTC.

Bhaichand Amoluk also engages in daily trading in the Indian equity market and invests in a range of Indian investment products.

The group is chaired by Mr. Jayant C. Vora, with Mr. Rushabh Vora (Chemspec Chemicals) and Mr. Mitul Vora (HealthIndia Group) as active partners.
